I know right now KTM is upgrade yr track n etc. But please update us if yr train (ETS) is delay or so on. Put digital signboard to inform us. So tht we as passenger no need to disturb n ask yr staff at counter 1 by 1.
One more thing, on tht day hv blind passenger. He also lost n don't know where to go. I think better to put yr staff at waiting area to monitor for those who are disable people. Isn't for the whole day stand there. At least come n monitor a while.
For yr service, thanks a lot coz I hv an alternative to travel from Srmbn to KL Central through ETS.
It is comfortable and safe journey
