Departing trip was great. Bus quality was good and comfortable, no hassle and we arrived at jetty with 2hrs to spare. Arrival trip was however not as pleasant with detours to pick up stranded customers from another company. Bus was also not as comfortable. Very busy after malaysia customs and it was difficult to locate our bus. Guide mary was clear in instructions and it was good to have someone to guide us. However after malaysia customs she was supposedly 'off work already' so we were left struggling to find our bus with the crowd which we eventually did at the end of the bus lane. Apart from that, overall we were pleased with the transport.
