Apart from gum and dirt on the side of the chairs, the whole journey was pleasant despite it being a 11h trip with a detour stop in Seremban. Charging port works on my chair. Staff call passengers a few minutes before if they have yet to collect their tickets and they were nice to enforce the seatbelt rule as well.
Good condition coach with workable reclining seat. Driver is very professional in his driving, and managing passengers during break. Event hough we were on massive traffic due to Labour Day break, but Driver was patience and drives accordingly. Just that waiting area were very crowded, and no proper place to sit and wait. Overall good experience with Starmart Express. Well done
Decent bus for the average traveler decided to do last minute or midnight travel.
Bear in mind for any unknown schedule travel interruption from festive seasons.
