Trip was ok after I boarded the bus headed to my destination. Not happy that I had to board a transfer bus from Lavender to the Malaysian side and had to share the bus with so many other pickups. Took over an hour to get to the Malaysian immigration amd probably another hour to clear. It is not something that I wish to experience again.

Upgraded to Solitaire Suites. Great service from the crew and super fast USB charging. It was not a full 5 stars rating because I was given a wrong coach numbers when waiting for the free seating bus which would transfer me to the custom checkpoint.
