Bus was on time and the bus agency even messaged me to tell me that the bus has arrived. It only took 4.5hrs from berjaya times square to Singapore customs. However as my drop off is at seng Kang, the bus went to tampines first to drop off passengers before going to sengkang from tuas checkpoint. It took 1.5hrs more. I believe that better planning should be done to drop off passengers at sengkang first before going to tampines.
It was a double decker bus and the leather Seats were comfortable, there is a charging port under your seat. I took the bus number PZ1X and the bus driver with the small pony hair was very helpful in assisting passengers with their luggage.
I like the bus is clean and new.
It’s spacious and comfortable.
However, it is not allowed to drink and eat.
In addition, the driver must control the use of mobile phone while driving.
