We took the Transtar Express departure at 5:40 AM and arrived at Genting Highlands around 12:00 PM. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant ride.
Pros:
Comfort: The seats were spacious, plush, and provided plenty of legroom for a long trip.
Perks: Onboard meal was included along with coffee and tea service, which is a nice touch for an early morning travel.
Timing: Punctual schedule with reasonable travel time.
Room for Improvement:
Meal Quality: While having an onboard meal is convenient, the quality and taste of the food could definitely be improved.
Overall, a very comfortable and reliable option to get to Genting. Would ride with Transtar Express again!

Cons: No earphones were offered; Not reminded that foreigners need to register and we were scrambling to self-help our PR friend, Seat 10 (immediately after rear door) was too cramp for an adult - can't even stretch out the legs
