Staff was good, in service and very cheerful, driver drove cautiously at good seed.
Coffee n tea was very good. Not too sweet but food can be better cause rice is a bit dry maybe more sambal or slightly more gravy will be just nice. On my return try there was eggs omelette thlnly roll up (like traditional eggs roll) n 2 spring rolls so i find it dry.
Bus is big and comfortable but dated and old. The ear piece was only provided when asked and the screen went off for a period and had to be reset. Leg room wasn’t as great as I had expected. Overall it’s a cosy ride though. Need to renew of the buses.
Bus being punctual. Toilet breaks could have been more designated and have 3 instead of 2
