Overall a good journey. But it was not clear from the booking site that the bus would make stops in TBG and Ipoh to pick up and drop off passengers. These stops and a lack of proper stop for food made the journey longer as onward passengers got off the bus at a fuel stop after Jalan Duta and again in Ipoh to buy food and that took longer. Still, the drivers followed the speed limit and the journey was smooth.
Coach driver drove well.
Coach window sills & seats were dusty. The air conditioning expelled a lot of white fine particles throughout the whole trip (it’s not dust).
Comfortable and reliable.
