Traffic conditions is beyond control so I can only comment on what happens in the bus: it was a double-decker bus and I was seated in the last row on the lower floor. This row had 4 seats that was elevated compared to first 3 rows so you get a good view outside from the side windows. The passage way to the driver area is condoned off so you can’t see directly ahead. Sitting in this row there is extra leg room compared to the front rows and the seats recline almost flat and were comfy with leg rest. I wouldn’t book the 2nd seat from the left as that faces the aisle directly unless you don’t like any obstruction infront of you. Having seats infront ensures your soft luggage or shopping bags won’t slide about.
The driver was very experienced. Despite the heavy traffic, rain, he kept a steady pace to ensure a smooth ride without heavy breaking or jerking. He was patient and stopped according to passengers’ needs for a toilet break. It was my first time seeing such a crowded Customs and the driver took time whilst in the queue to hold up an orange card to identify his coach so that we would know how to identify the correct bus to get back on after clearing Customs. At the designated stops he would alight to help unload the luggage from the rear .
Not 5 stars because this particular bus did not have a charging point for hand phones or wifi.

The use of Bukit Bintang is misleading. Should state La La Porte Hang Tuah Station to make sure people don't get misled.
