Pleasant trip, driver drove safely but he needs to be in control of his emotions. While he was responsible to check the seats of passengers before boarding, there was a group of deaf and mute passengers. There were some commotions and shouting from the driver because of some misunderstanding. Maybe there could be a disclaimer on the booking site that indicates if passengers have some needs so that this can be communicated to the driver or relevant personnel.
