Schedule: 2.29PM TBS to Ipoh, bus late for 25 minutes. The ticket says SuperNice is the operator, but bus arrived at gate is one with Grassland logo, confusing at first and had to confirm with the staff at the departure gate. Whole journey took around 3.5 hours. Interior 3/5, electronic seat is working, can adjust the footrest and reclining. Seat belt and sunshade is half-baked installation (it kinda works, but looks so ugly) The sun still can shine through the (2~3 inches) gaps for certain seats.
