while arrived the bus station should be inform which bus station / name of the bus station cause for whose 1st time been the place can knw that
bus clean & punctually arrive but only the driver drive a bit faster
Service was great, from the staffs at the Alisan office in Hatyai and also the driver. Just one issue, when they dropped us off at Hentian Duta, it was literally by the road side. This is the second time we got dropped off here. Im not sure if for drop off, Alisan bus really wont drop passengers inside Hentian Duta or how. Because when I took a different bus, they usually went inside the station. But overall it was a pleasant trip.
