Generally good but hygiene can be improved. Spotted a baby roach and there was a fly flying throughout the journey. No issues with driver or attendant.

Why we can’t just stay on our bus and need to change at JB custom? Pls do the necessary arrangements with the authorities to let the bus into sg as this is a tour bus. The transfer bus is also late. And why can’t we just use the toilet inside the bus when needed? Isn’t this solitaire is called 1st class bus?
