On time and comfortable. Would be useful though to have more communication from the driver in advance of any stops where passengers can get off briefly to use the toilets. Also it wasn’t clear on the website that the bus would be stopping at another Penang bus station before Butterworth - so when that happened a number of passengers were confused and got off early (before the Butterworth stop)
