Rating for Lavender to MY custom - 1 star. This was because we were told to be at Lavender by 5.15 am. However, no coach has arrived even by 5.35 am. We called Transtar office about it. It took us several calls before someone picked up the call. When the coach finally came at around 6 am, the driver told us that he overslept as his alarm did not go off because the battery was flat. Huh?
Rating for after MY customs to First World - 5 stars. The driver always has a smiling face and polite all the time. Both attendants were very attentive to our needs.
Bus is clean and on time. Good
Seating is spacious and solid, not the soft type. Driver is considerate and drove carefully, no sudden braking.
