Booking was straightforward, trip was comfortable but minimal instructions or communications were given along the way.

The bus stopped for what it seemed like immigration with no announcement or instructions, i just followed the crowd. No idea where i would get on the bus again not until a kind bus mate called me out. Tried to call their whatsapp helpline and the person on the other line could speak english.
The bus stopped for the third time for i realized was the customs got my bag followed the crowd and lucky saw the bus while going out of the platform.
This maybe a regular commute for most but it was not assuring for a first time tourist experience.
