Generally speaking, punctuality is comfortable. But my seat, I think the charging port of seat 6 is broken.
The bus trip itself was excellent. The organisation at the Gate, not so good. Just as it had been on the KL to Malacca trip, the gate was changed and when I asked why I bus wasn't showing at the gate like on the ticket, I was told, don't worry, that s the right gate. A few minuted before departure time I asked the woman again, this time she said, "oh, it's changed, you've got to go to another gate. We are in our late 70s and making a rush at the last minuted is not ideal.
