Priority boarding should be given for those who have booked the tickets online. i realised walk in passengers who pay on the spot will get a seat ahead of me who booked online. Otherwise, the experience was great.

Going from singapore to JB is smooth and without haste. But return back to singapore is terrible. Short waiting time by bus. Need to clear customs quickly without stopping by custom officer.
