The desk at the office was not staffed and it was unclear you could book the travel by scanning the ur code. Need more self explanatory info at desk at airport foe when it’s not staff d (after 5pm). Like where the bus shows up at, how to book online etc. otherwise my driver was very courteous and helpful. Traffic was bad so the trip took over 2 hours. Which was painful.

It's a convenient way to cross the border, and it will be great if the operator can provide more trips or frequency, especially on weekends or peak hours. The driver attitude can be bad at time, on the way from Changi to JB, the driver is rude and can be seen constantly shouting at passengers, while the driver on the way back from JB to Changi is friendly and poilte.
