not bad, bus is somewhat clean, satisfied with the ability to select my seats and all is good. but one thing is the return trip, the journey took way longer than expected but it's understandable considering that there are pit stops and breaks, but still took more than 2 hours extra. and also the lunch break was a bit late, the lunch break was 3pm, very late and i was starving at the point where i almost felt sick, so one improvement could be the lunch break being carried forward to perhaps latest 1.30pm?
