The ride had comfortable seats which reclined and that you could put your feet up. It was not crowded at all. We were a little confused at the customs sms immigration regarding changing busses at the border, but we figured it out (though the first driver tasted us as if we were stupid when we asked to clarify what we were supposed to do. The ride was fine. We did think it strange that we had to get off the bus and board a van to get to Berjaya Times Square, but we guessed that the rest of the bus was going elsewhere. Live and learn! It was an inexpensive trip, though, and we were able to see some countryside.
Bus got to destination fast. However, there could have been more information provided for the pick up because there were so many people waiting around but no way to know if we were in correct place. The emergency number on the ticket also not in use.
