On time departure and Clean bus interior. Comfortable ride with excellent reclining seats.
However, I am disappointed for not stopping at rest-stations for convenience of toilets & refreshments. The same when I took the bus from TBS KL to Kuantan.
Hoping in future there are stops even for about 20 minutes. I would not hesitate and definitely recommend to others of the LA Holidays.
The driver was very polite, apologizing to the passenger and parents when he mistakenly shut the luggage door thinking everybody had already setttled arranging their luggage in the bus lower deck.
Plz provide phone charging terminals at all available seats.
