1. The USB port at my seat is not functioning. 2. The driver is polite. However, upon arriving at KLIA 1, it would be helpful if the driver could repeat several times that this is KLIA 1 and that passengers heading to KLIA 2 should remain seated, as some passengers may not be familiar with the terminal and sequence. Others are good/ok.
