Rating Alisan 4 star because the bus engine is too noisy, perhaps there is something wrong with the machine, shld check.. Otherwise, he us 5 star, I love the driver, cause he drove slow and steady, he realy make us sleep very safely and calm. Driver is very friendly too. At least he stops every 2 hours eventhough no one request, at keast passenger can go down have a short walk. Just the engine very noisy only
Location to wait the bus is right in the city centre, so it's very convenient for me. Driver was punctual, drove carefully, not smoking. No songs played in the radio during the trip, except for the first hour or two. Multiple stops throughout the journey (some were lengthy, hence dragging the trip duration longer than expected). The bus itself was also very comfortable for one-seater. The only minor issue was my trip was rescheduled - either 30 mins earlier or 1 hour later. Luckily my hotel was nearby, so there was no issue in the plan change.
Drivers r good n drive safely. Just the bus seat is not so comfortable.
