I am a fan of KKKL Express, however, I am surprised that we are not allowed to have coffee on the bus, because I have taken KKKL Express before and not aware of this. The driver forced me to finish the coffee, at first not even allowed me to put my luggage at my seat first, then finished the coffee before boarding the bus again. It will be great to inform passengers while they purchase the bus ticket.
