Grateful to the company (Sg office) for allowing me to change the date of my trip from 4 to 6 Feb without any charge. However, they fail to inform the driver and Msian guide that my pick up location has changed from Hard Rock to Anantara (Sg side agreed to this). Should improve communication on both sides.

Departure bus from Hotel Boss and Hard Rock Desaru was on time. Driver Uncle Sivan was friendly and safe.. But do note that the trip. esp return to Spore, may have quite long wait times for passenger pick-ups along the way like Legoland JB.
