Overall, the experience was quite good. Just the scheduled departure time was 12:05 pm, but the bus was delayed by a full hour. However, the interior of the bus was clean and well-maintained. The driver was also cautious while driving — no reckless driving or speeding. Because of that, it took about 6 hours to reach TBS, and then had to transfer to another bus to Putrajaya. The whole journey was a bit time-consuming, but if you’re not in a rush, it’s still worth experiencing.
