The service is consistent. We leave on time, we arrive depending on traffic conditions. The service is predictable.
The only complaint I have is that I have to walk through the JB Customs carrying my luggage. No other similar service provider requests for this. I asked but never got an answer on why Delima insists on this inconvenience to its customers.
Reasonable price, left on time, comfortable seats. Things to improve - better shelter from the rain at Queen Street, better explanation of the border procedure and time allowed as I felt rushed but had plenty of time. We would have preferred to get off at one of the hotels like Hatten but not available at the time we wanted. It took longer than expected to get to our hotel so could have left SIN later & gone straight to a hotel and arrived about the same time. We now know for next time. Yes I will recommend 707 Inc to family and friends.

After entering into the bus there is a strong cigarette smell , other than this all are good compared to city line I booked for return
