Well, it was not using a KKKL logo bus - maybe a partner's.
The USB chargers were not working, we changed to another other seats to get one that's working & one from the seat behind (luckily the coach was quite empty). No wifi in the coach.
The stopover was short (10 min) and we arrived in Singapore earlier.
Friendly staff and comfortable ride. Special mention, On time and Reliable and punctual.
We were informed 2 days in advance that the KL Sentral pickup point was to be changed to Lalaport Bukit Bintang. Clear instructions and photos were provided . The bus assistant was also polite and driver was helpful in handling luggage. Good job!
