Mobile charging port not working while travel otherwise good trip and on time reach JB.
The bus was clean and comfortable and had good air-conidtioning, and even had a TV with which I could watch some movies. The premium seat and experience made this bus especially enjoyable. (Do bring your own wired earphones though)
However, the bus was 30-45 minutes late. The bus was scheduled at 4pm at TBS but only arrived at around 4.35pm. If you need a punctual bus this may not be the best bus for you. I arrived at Larkin Sentral at 9.15pm, making this trip effectively 5h 15min (significantly longer than most operators). But the bus ran non-stop from TBS to Larkin, so other than punctuality this bus was good. Overall good service.
Btw, this is my second time experiences without the QR code from boarding at JB Larkin, wondering why since I have selected the additional charge for the boarding fee… it is so bizarre
