The bus arrived 15 minutes late and the boarding gate was changed without notice. The gatekeeper told me to wait at Gate 4 and would direct me when the bus arrived. He disappeared before the bus bound for Beach Road arrived at Gate 5. Seeing the bus was bound for Singapore, I checked with gatekeeper at Gate 5 and he directed me to board the bus. I wonder what would happen to someone who was travelling the first time. Passengers must be provided with up to date information.

This the 2cnd time taking cosmic but the 1st time was the best and fastest, this time i was buy the ticket time is 2.30pm, bus late for 45min to come over somemore rest @the front mamak store till 4.30pm then start the ride. Wasting for 2 hour for nothinng reach Sg already 10pm something. But the good job they done so helpfull to get my card case back, really appreciate for their helped out, this the reason i gav 4 star.
