The bus is spacious and comfortable. The driver quite quite slow, it took us nearly 3 hours to reach destination from KLIA2 to Meleka. And onboard experience was bad because I don’t know what bus to onboard because some bus are delayed and when the bus reach, there are no way to know which one is which, and the staff also don’t know exactly. Luckily I still onboard the correct bus.

I reserved a seat, but when I went to get the ticket, the staff gave me another seat. My mother and I had to sit separately.
