Smooth journey, departed on time, abt 4 hours to reach TBS. Bus no JWL3199 seems a bit old, loud engine vibration sound when bus trying to stop, may need to send for servicing.

The service of the driver was great, except that the journey was delayed, and there was no reason given to the passengers for the delay of over 20 minutes at the terminal. Next time, proper communication needs to be given ahead of time to avert any anxiety.
