City buses in Kuala Lumpur sometimes drive as aggressively as F1 cars, making you feel like the bus could tip over at any moment. In contrast, Aerobus drivers are always very professional and maintain safe driving standards throughout the journey. I felt very safe and relaxed this time as well.
However, I encountered two issues regarding the bus facilities.
First, there was no overhead rack for carry-on luggage. I had to hold my bag on my lap for the entire 2-hour trip, which was incredibly cramped. It’s a terrible experience when you end up on a bus without any storage space.
Second, the air conditioning was far too cold during the trip.
While I highly appreciated this driver’s excellent safety standards, the lack of luggage facilities was a significant drawback.
Smooth trip. No issues. Bus had plenty of AC. Seats were a bit cramped in terms of legroom but still comfortable overall. Appreciated the seat belts.

Smooth travel but darkened with two things
We made one stop of 15 mins 2 mins before our arrival time
My brother in law forgot his expensive sunglasses in the back seat holder.
