I been living in Desaru since January,2026, travelling from Penawar to TBS once a month. Personally I'm happy with the services, drivers, speed limit and safety concern.
But, last Tuesday 19th May 2026, I travelled from TBS to Penawar in 1:00 pm bus. Seems its new Indian driver I meet first time past 4 months since January. The driver was very efficient with his driving skills but he was on the phone, yes he was using earphones but he was loud and never bothered what happened behind him. On that day, there was about 10 young Bangladesh workers was travelling in the bus as well, they're using phone with open speakers and very noisy around my sitting area. I advised them 2 times and they quiet for temporary but continue with their actions. The drivers seems don't bother the situation and the Bangladesh workers putting the leg's up on the front seats. I hope this situation won't repeat in coming future. Thank you

Please inform the driver not to smoke during driving. The smell make passenger headache
