The journey was smooth. Driver OK very helpful and kind. Just want to inform that the bus air conditioning not function well, it’s a bit hot inside the bus. This is not the first time, please have a look into this matter.

First time taking Eltabina Jaya Express . I am embarking from Singapore to Malaysia. The seat is comfortable. Aesthetic of the bus is beautiful. There is illumination below our seats to illuminate the floor walkway, and I find it much better than having lights on above head air venting side to ease resting and sleeping. The downside is not having Wifi internet access during the entire trip.
