Purchased Superstar Z to travel on 7-Aug’26, long weekend! It was quite crowded, the check in was okay , clear instructions , although coach came about 20 mins late due the Grantal Mall was quite congested, this building is not suitable for coach terminal.
Ride was smooth, safe driver, punctual but the engine was a bit noisy

The bus ride from Malaysian checkpoint to KL was restful and great. The bus steward and captain were respectful and polite. We enjoyed the ride and glad they gave blankets.
However since it was long weekend we knew causeway was jammed and hence booked the luxury coach. But for crossing the causeway and when we were stuck in jam for 2-3 hours we were given a normal 42 seater bus. Disappointed with this.
Also the starting at Grantrail mall there was utter confusion with the bus arriving late and manager unsure when bus will come.
Apart from the above it was a good experience and service was good. We will book transtar again.
