The seats were comfortable and the service was excellent. However, after clearing Malaysian customs, we were transferred to a different 40-seater bus. Given the heavy traffic during the public holiday, the bus felt quite cramped, making the remaining 1 to 1.5 hours of the journey rather uncomfortable. It would have been helpful if this arrangement had been communicated in advance.
Only stopping at Sungai Besi from Genting highland is unrealistic. Forcing us to go all the way to Yong Peng without a toilet break is unfair, especially since most of the passengers are over 60s.
This bus cleanliness need to improve especially the gap and the compartment of the seat… The staff were friendly and helpful.
