Why we can’t just stay on our bus and need to change at JB custom? Pls do the necessary arrangements with the authorities to let the bus into sg as this is a tour bus. The transfer bus is also late. And why can’t we just use the toilet inside the bus when needed? Isn’t this solitaire is called 1st class bus?
The seats were comfortable and the service was excellent. However, after clearing Malaysian customs, we were transferred to a different 40-seater bus. Given the heavy traffic during the public holiday, the bus felt quite cramped, making the remaining 1 to 1.5 hours of the journey rather uncomfortable. It would have been helpful if this arrangement had been communicated in advance.
