The bus driver was helpful, kind & courteous. After reaching the Kluang bus terminal, I forgotten to collect my luggage in the luggage compartment. I went back to collect but was locked. I saw an Indian KKKL driver & I told him my problem but he said the driver gone for his meal & need to wait until 4pm+. I was anxious & asked where is the office but he insisted to wait for the driver. Then less than 10 mins i saw the driver who I have spoken to, unlocked the bus luggage compartment then I retrieved my luggage. In conclusion, my opinion, why must he made the matter so complicated when I asked for assistance? Was he 'punishing' me when an old folk like me asking for assistance? Frankly speaking, I was quite disappointed & frustrated of this particular driver attitude & behaviour. In actual fact, I really highly commended on your Bus Company safety precautions. I have been using your bus services for many years & feel safe at all times.
