巴士发车非常准时，但在皇后站停留时间近一个小时，加上中途休息区停车，途中还有不可预测的堵车，近6小时到达吉隆坡国际机场，比预计晚了近两个小时，对于时间预期不充分首次乘坐大巴的旅客非常不适合，另外在购票界面使用一天24小时制，但却多余标注AM和PM，造成旅客选择混乱，我把上下午临界时间12：15分以为是中午时间，结果买了2张临晨12点的车票，却在中午12：15分到达乘车，浪费了金钱…
