Overall, the bus was comfortable. The driver was friendly and easy-going. I woulld recommend KKKL express for the price of $32 paid.
Bus journey is fast & smooth. I found out from the guide that next stop is about 2.5 hours later. The bus is very clean and seats are all in good condition. The only setback is that stair steps are very steep and high. There is difficulty for elderly passengers to get up & down, can be improved.
To be improved:That coach seat 17 has faulty seat belt that took me great effort to pull out, the lights for that 2 seats are split and the chair seat 17 cannot change the inclination degree.
Great: responsible driver and good guide.
