The bus is comfortable. The guide on the bus was very detail and he took good care of us. The toilet stop at the petrol kiosk was clean. I wished KKKL will message me before departure which bus bay to board the bus. I didn't receive the email asking me to enter my passport details. The guide was so kind to help me fill up the online form.
The ride was comfy and smooth. But the bus was not cleaned before we board at lalaport, rubbish and food wrappers still on seats and floors.
The ride was okay. The only problem is the last minute change in trip timing. Need to adjust personal plans on the day.
