Bus is very comfortable and clean. Driver is good, there’s a toilet stop at Petronas Sungkai. He even made a detour to Bidor when the foreign passengers had a miscommunication regarding drop off location. Only reason for 4 star (and not 5) - the bus departs at 9:20am vs schedule at 8:50am

Time is punctual but chair is not adjustable so I feel uncomfortable throughout the journey.
