When the bus arrived at Berjaya Times Square at about 5.50 AM , many passengers were deep asleep ( Singapore to Kl ) the bus driver did Not wake up All passengers ( also Not turning on the lights ), some did not alight the bus and the bus travelled further to TBS.
The Bus Driver should be more service carrying !!!
Bus arrived 15mins late at BTS. Despite the heavy rain, the bus driver did well to get us to Golden Mile within 6.5hrs of departure
Meeting most expectations but departure delay for more than an hour.
