The driver had a very good attitude, but some of the staff were quite rude. The bus was late, and when we asked how long we needed to wait and when the bus would arrive, some of the staff responded impatiently and simply told us to wait. They also said they did not know when the bus would arrive.
As staff members, their responsibility is to assist passengers like us, not to respond with an impatient attitude when we have questions.
Smooth ride inspite of the rain
Bus is clean and seat is comfortable.
