The seats were clean, wide, and comfortable. However, another family among the passengers was noisy—playing YouTube videos and making phone calls—which made for an unpleasant journey. The driver did not ask them to quiet down, so the noise persisted for quite some time. Furthermore, children were walking around, which was extremely dangerous. Given these issues, I could not give a 5-star rating.
