Good trip to Kuala Lumpur
The wrong Malaysian arrival card was sent; the Singapore arrival card wasn't sent to fill out. I only filled it out upon arrival, but the bus had already left, so I had to take the bus in myself.
Good condition coach with workable reclining seat. Driver is very professional in his driving, and managing passengers during break. Event hough we were on massive traffic due to Labour Day break, but Driver was patience and drives accordingly. Just that waiting area were very crowded, and no proper place to sit and wait. Overall good experience with Starmart Express. Well done
