The driver is professional
Driver was not rude like in most companies. Bus departed punctually but still took more than 6 hours to reach KL.
Driver only stop once for toilet break which is great as he never make unnecessary stop along the way. This truly helped save a lot of the journey time. Driver initially announced that it's gonna be just 15 min break, but at last it extended to nearly 30 min. If he could adhere to the stated time, that would be great. Deduct one star because of time wasted waiting for other passengers.
