This is my first time taking Starmart Expresss. The bus chair come with massage function which was great especially for the long journey bus. Just that the departure time was delayed for around 15-20min which I felt a bit unsatisfied. Other than that, overall experience was great.
Journey was smooth & sleek. May suggest to have considerations for those having difficulty to get on & off the coach. Most times the coach did not stop where the 1st step into the coach was not levelled with the public platform. It was either parked one foot away from the platform denying easy access or on the road which is 1.5 foot high. Persons with physical diability or old age struggled to board & get off the coach. Please consider having easy access for old people to use your service.
Otherwise, coach was clean, safe & punctual.
