The driver is professional
The bus plate number was not clearly communicated or updated to passengers on the day, which caused confusion. The Indian driver was quite rude when asking for my name, and it didn’t feel like a VIP experience despite the price I paid.
After transferring at Oxley, the situation improved. The bus seat was comfortable, and the Malay driver drove safely, which made the rest of the journey more pleasant.
PLEASE MAKE SURE UR STAFF ALWAYS GIVE NOTICE TO PASSENGERS WHATS THE BUS PLATE NUMBER
