TBS is Currently Experiencing System Upgrade!
Travelling during peak season & departing from TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan)? We advise those who DO NOT have QR Code for boarding to arrive earlier at the terminal at least one to two hours before departure. Long queues reported recently by passengers travelling for New Year holiday 😌
Here are some tips from us:
- Prepare to show your booking confirmation email at the counter
- Arrive 1-2 hours earlier to exchange boarding pass at counter in case of long queues
- Double check your departure gate to ensure you are at the right one
Please note that TBS now charge RM1.70 for printing boarding pass at the counter & facilities fee.
