BonusLink Points may be issued for eligible bookings made through the BusOnlineTicket website and mobile application. BonusLink Points issuance is only applicable to BonusLink members who have successfully connected their BonusLink membership to their BusOnlineTicket member account. BonusLink Points will not be issued retrospectively for bookings made before the member’s BonusLink membership was successfully connected to their BusOnlineTicket account. New BonusLink members are eligible to earn 2 BonusLink Points for every RM1 spent, subject to the applicable campaign and membership requirements. Existing BonusLink members are eligible to earn 1 BonusLink Point for every RM1 spent. BonusLink Points may be issued for eligible bus, train and ferry ticket purchases, in addition to other applicable promotions unless otherwise stated. BonusLink Points issuance and redemption are only applicable to eligible payments made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Eligible BonusLink Points will be credited to the member’s BonusLink account after successful payment and confirmation of the booking. BonusLink Points used for redemption will only be deducted after the payment and booking have been successfully completed. The applicable BonusLink Points redemption rate and discount value will be displayed during checkout and may vary from time to time. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible bookings may not qualify for BonusLink Points. Any points previously issued for such bookings may be reversed. BusOnlineTicket.com and BonusLink reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the programme mechanics, earning rates, redemption rates and these terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
