This video is a short guide on how to book Bus+Hotel service in BusOnlineTicket.com. Below is the explanation of steps in words:

Step 1: Select your destinations, travel date and passengers

• First you need to select your destination (currently we only have departure from Singapore), departure date and return date (optional). You can also specify a different check-in and check-out date (e.g. if you prefer to take night bus and will arrived at the next day morning).
• You may also want to specify the no. of rooms required and the passenger details (note you should specify the child’s age as most hotel room provide discount for children)

Step 2: Select your preferred bus and hotel

• Once you have specified the search criteria and click “Search” button, the list of available buses and hotels will be shown to you. You will need to select your preferred bus service and hotel rooms in order to proceed to next step (Note that the final discount will be shown in the next step, so the total price shown in this step is not the final (you will save more!)
• For some destinations like Malacca and Kuala Lumpur, we do have hotel transfer service available at certain dropoff point (e.g. Melaka Sentral, Berjaya Times Square).

Step 3: Enter your personal details & confirm your booking details

• Once you have selected your preferred bus trip and hotel rooms, you will then be redirected to the confirmation page
• Here you will need enter your personal details and confirm your booking details is correct before you proceed to payment
• Note that final price and discount will be reflected in the bottom-right corner of the page
• Click “I agree to BusOnlineTicket.com Booking Terms & Conditions” before you “Proceed to Payment”

Step 4: Make Payment and Confirm your Booking

• Once you have made the payment you will received 2 confirmation email from us. 1 for the Bus Booking and another is the Hotel Voucher. Please print out both and enjoy your trip!
